Standard Mediation
Sometimes called court ordered mediation. Standard mediation is the “base model” or absolute minimum mediation choice. It delays preparation for mediation until the actual day of mediation, and this can be risky. If a resolution isn’t reached on mediation day through Standard Mediation, a judge may end up deciding what’s going to happen with your life.
